ignore read-only prompt upon opening excel file

Hi All,

Is there a way for excel to ignore the read-only prompt upon opening the file?

Currently I have a userform that is saved in a shared folder, but the downside of this is, everytime there are multiple users using the UserForm, excel prompts first if it's ok to read-only or notify.

Set the ReadOnly parameter to True when opening the file...
