Right Mouse Click Cut,Copy & Paste Options disabled When ST3(Excel Utility) is Open

Hello!!
This is a problem that's become a nightmare. When the Service Tax offline utility file(Excel File) is open. The Cut,Copy & Paste options in the Menu Bar and on Right Clicking of the Mouse button get Greyed Out OR Get Disabled and these are not available for use in any other Excel file open. Is the Macros to be blamed? Coz a host of Macros are running when the ST Excel Utility is open. Secondly, even after the ST Excel utility is closed the right click options do not work. Please help.

Just for the sake of info :: ST3 is an Indian Service Tax Utility Excel file (used to file Service Tax Returns) that has a host of Macros running in the background for which the Enabling the running of Macros and Enabling of ActiveX Controls is a must.

Yes; its a macro in ST3 that disables cut, copy, paste any time the workbook is activated. The code module is password protected, so you can't disable the offending code without the password.

This code below will re-Enable cut-copy-paste, but anytime you activate the ST3 workbook, they will be disabled again.
