Excel return data from another users outlook calandar

Hi All

I'm trying to see if it possible to run a macro in excel to extract data from another users outlook calendar so I can easily see their availability. I have found code which works if the user has shared there calendar with me (which works great). I ideally what to be able to see any users calendar (I only need to know that they are busy) so I can then easily arrange a meeting for a suitable time.
