Match value, take value 1's background/font color and put it in value 2's entire range

The range is dynamic on both the sheets.

Sheet "Source" and sheet "Final" have names of different kids, whatever background color and font color there is in "Source" I want it to match the name and put it in the sheet "Final"...

So for example if name "X" is there in "Source" I want it to find the same named kid in "Final" and fill the entire row till column G with the same background color and font color.

Also the name can occur twice or thrice in the "Final" sheet..

    Thanks in advance!
