URGENT ---Get email address from outlook to excel ... from a list of names/emp id in excel

Hi All,

I have a list of employee id's and their names (about 500) and I want to get their email address from outlook into the same excel next to the employee id or name.

EMp id is in column A and name in column B.

The macro should copy the empid/name from excel, open outlook --> open new email ---> paste the empid/name ---> enter Ctrl+K to get email id ---> copy email address --> paste it in excel column next to name/emp id.

EX:

EMP ID email ID

234 [email protected]
123 [email protected]

it might be quicker to export your contact list and work from there. Is there a reason you can't do this?

I don't have any contacts in my contacts folder. I am currently using Outlook 2010 with all emails saved at PST. To get someone's email address, we enter
the emp ID hit Ctrl+K... to find the email address.
