VBA index Match, multiple RESULTS, Not a UDF

    Hello Everyone,

So I started with this formula:

It occurs in a 2000 row table, no performance issues.

Which worked until I started getting multiple instances. To my knowledge, there isn't a single formula to concatenate multiple results from an Index Match into a single cell. I tried a UDF, but that slowed my workbook down to a crawl. So I switched to:

an array in 4 helper columns, after which I concatenate in the desired cell. This ALSO slows down the workbook due to the calculations.

I can turn off the calculations for the sheet, but even when I calculate it still takes quite a long time.

Is it possible to have a macro execute the index match and avoid putting a formula in the cell altogether? The entire table is generated by a macro, I'd rather just add some code and wait a bit longer during that process than deal with the calculation issues, as it is super helpful to see the changes in real time.

    Thanks,
