I have not looked at you file but what comes to mind is that the timestamp in the cell you are referring is incorrect and not recognized.
Have you checked that value?

It works on my Laptop, so not sure why it is not working on my PC

Avoid using Select, Selection and Activate in your code. Use With ... End With instead.

If it works on one and not the other, I suggest you check your date and time settings if they are identical, it must be something small like that
