Data Search Problem

Hi All,

i need help urgently. In the edit page when i search data by employee name in Lcase or Ucase it's not working. But it's working proper case.

For Example

in the database the exact name is Sanjib Ghosh. if i search employee details like "sanjib ghosh" or "SANJIB GHOSH" it's not working. i want to search the details any case.

Try this....
In the top of your userform code put this in there

and to block another error if someone clicks the button when the textbox is empty I would add this to your cmdESearch macro toward the top
