im looking for solution for , if i select any cell want to show me corresponding header in row and column
meaning for example
i have cell X280 and and header of row in first column that corresponding to this value is HHHHHHHHHH
and in column header is VVVVVVVVV
want to when i stop at cell X280 show dialog that this for HHHHHHHHHH and VVVVVVVVV
hope can understand me and can get solution for this

Select cell B2 and then freeze the panes (View- Freeze panes). That will keep the first column and first row frozen so that they are always visible.

The freeze occurs above and to the left of the selected cell. So selecting C2 first would freeze columns A:B and row 1.

No, I'm afraid there is not. You can only freeze an entire block of rows and/or columns starting from the top and left of the worksheet.
