I checked your thread and it is not currently marked SOLVED, so it looks like it is in the state you want.
You did not describe what you did you try "to take the SOLVED off my post" so I'm not sure what caused the error you pasted. There is a filter that detects SQL code to thwart SQL injection attacks but it is often overzealous. (Also it prevents HTML injection which sometimes causes problems when you use < in math expressions.)
By the way it appears that you may have tried to do this by editing your title. The correct way to mark a thread SOLVED is to go to the menu immediately above your first post to the thread and click on Thread Tools. From the dropdown menu select "Mark this thread as solved..."
