Insert Row on Condition

I need your help in insert multiple rows based on a text from a cell, and copy the content below

I have attached the excel with original and expected sheets.

I've prepared a code to copy your multi line text, to a new sheet named Destination, separating into the pieces you show in the expected sheet.
included is a workbook with the macro.
you can run the macro clicking on the "Separate Tex" button

Thanks for your help

The code is doing almost what is expected. It needs a little refining & your expertise again.

As per the condition - 'From to Next From', C2 to C4 gets spilit into 12 rows with no blanks... But the destination sheet post executing the code, add rows with blank, also there are missing text..

Req you to kindly look into it one more time, and assist.. The outcome should be the same as Expected Sheet to help my objective

I've changed the way to approach the problem, Hopefully it does what you need
Try the new book I'm posting now

You can run the macro from the "Original" sheet as before, or form the "Destination" sheet
Or from the "Destination" sheet
Also I've included a little code to clean the "Destination" sheet
