    Concatenate Cells Without Blank Cell Based On Criteria

    I have attached excel sheet,

    In that sheet A & B columns are input data

    While C & D columns are output that I Require.

    Please help me how can I do this.

    How about jyst usung formulas, not macro?
    You can use in E1:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    and copy down
    And similar helper column in F1 (just with added ::0|)
    then in C1 and copy down (and one right)
