Hello Experts,
I have seen quite a few helpful threads regarding attendance spreadsheets but I was wondering if someone could help me with one? Several attendance types will be needed. The attendance points will rolls off at the six month mark of the point be assigned. I would like it we could add some color with VB & function buttons such as a drop down to excuse an occurrence/point dropping it's value to zero for that occurrence and the ability to unexcused it after it's been excused putting the point back on for the respective point. The points should total as follows...
1st Absence- 1 occurrence, if there is a 2nd absence consecutively after the first absence it would be labeled 2nd consecutive and have a point value of 0, then if there is a 3rd consecutively after that it would be labeled 3rd consecutive, but have a point value of 0 (this is only the case for consecutive absences)
A "normal" Tardy would equal .5
A "normal" Early Departure would equal .5
A No Call No Show would equal 1 point for each occurrence (does not apply to consecutive rule)
A Tardy greater than 50% would equal 1 point
A Early out greater than 50% of the shift would equal 1 point
An Absence less than 50% of shift worked would equal 1 point.
I also would like to incorporate some color to flag the disciplinary action take at the mark of each total
at 4 points I want it to color the cell Blue (for a coaching), at 7 points I want it to color the cell green (for a counseling), at 9 points I want it to color the cell yellow (final), at 10 points I want it to highlight the cell red (termination)
I'd like it if we could have a calendar view and the ability to see. Does anyone know anyone who does this kind of coding on the side? There's a total of 30 employees but it will expand.
If no if anyone has a simplified version without all the bells and whistles let me know. I don't have anything to upload because I don't know VB or Excel very well, but I know what I want it to look like.
