    Rule 08: Cross-posting Without Links

Your post does not comply with Rule 8 of our Forum RULES. Do not cross-post your question on multiple forums without including links here to the other threads on other forums.

Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post.

Expect cross-posted questions without a link to be closed and a message will be posted by the moderator explaining why. We are here to help so help us to help you!

Read this to understand why we ask you to do this, and then please edit your first post to include links to any and all cross-posts in any other forums (not just this site).

No further help to be offered, please, until the OP has complied with this request.

Thank you. You will need to do the same over there - all forums have this rule.

    Re: iam getting Vba error1004

Sorry - you need to post links to ALL forums where you have asked this same question - I am aware of at least one other, so there should be two links in your opening post. Please amend.

We shall see. Please be patient - those who help here do so voluntarily, and not 'on demand', and today is a Sunday, so traffic here will be slower than on a working day.

    Re: iam getting Vba error1004

Honestly - you have not been waiting long. You first posted in the early hours of this morning, and it's a weekend. You are being unrealistic.

Please remember that those who help here do so voluntarily and of their own goodwill. They live in many different time zones and many will be asleep on the other side of the globe at the moment. This is not a paid 'service': members will help when they are ready and able to do so, and not 'on demand'. Please do not try to put pressure of time on anyone here: if you get the help you need today, that's fine, but you really should not count on it. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

From the forum rules (link in the main menu above):
    • If your question has not been answered within a day, consider adding another post with any additional information you believe is relevant. If you think your post is good as is, just reply to your own thread with the words "Bump no response", which will bring it to the top of the forum.
