VBA to e-Mail with excel cell reference data as email body

Hi,

I need some help in the following situation. Please do the needful.

I have a macro which sends mail to users with an attachments & fixed email body. I need some changes in email body configeration. File is enclosed for ready reference.

In email body i want to refer a cell content for each mail individually.

For example in the enclosed file email body should refer the data in cell (K1:K5).

Cell K1, K2, K4 & K5 cell data in email must be constant & cell K3 should be changed in each email body.

In the email body for 3rd sentence it should refer the column G data individually & send email individually. It should change for all the emails as per G column data.


Pls help me on this.

I completed that part. I need particular help in email body structure.

Here in email body i need to change a line / sentence for each employee. This line of sentence will be in a individual cells of column which has to be changed in each mail sent to employees.
