With this code I could easily grab any system process from any computer I state, but I'm stuck with case when I need username/password! Btw, I would know username and password, just don't know how to pass it!

No, unfortunately, no luck with SWBEMLOCATOR too, I tried that approach too right after previous failed!
Apparently on some networks it is working and on some not. Ive checked DCOM settings and permissions and everything should be fine and same, but it is not. I'm out of idea now
Assuming WMI is enabled on all, what error code are you getting back?
