Converting To UpperCase

Hello,

I have the following script;

Which obviously checks if column H has been changed and converts all cells within the range to uppercase.
Problem is if I paste across multiple columns, so H, I, J & K, ALL the cells within those columns are converted where all I want is the cells in column H.

Is there a way that I can do this.?
