How do you copy and paste everything, formulas, non-formulas, formatting?

PasteSpecial is doing all the contents, formulas and non, but doesn't touch the formatting.

I have a-i sheets. I find online a way that might work by using "with" but that seems excessively long when compared to what the code is just to paste.

All I figured out to do is declare z3Rng and copy the sheet and then do this exact code but add Paste:xlPasteFormats to it.

i also have a.sheet, b.sheet, c.sheet, d.sheet all the way through I. So do i just repeat yours and replace "a" with the others and that will copy the sheet and formatting?
