Hello I forgot, when it is (00) its sum will be zero (0)

=IF(-A5=0,0,MOD(A5-1,9)+1)

If I understand the question in post #4 correctly, the answer is:
1) Paste the formula into cell V5,
2) Drag the fill handle over to cell AO5,
3) While V5:AO5 are still selected drag the fill handle of AO5 down to AO1836.
