save file name using data in mutiple cells

I would like a button on a worksheet that when pressed automatically names the worksheet based on the data in 2 (or more) unique cells, saves it, and clears the data

Not sure this is what i am looking for. let me explain more what i am trying to do. I have a worksheet which is a 2 page form. When cell B2 (page 1) is filled in it autopopulates cell B20 (page 2). I want to the worksheet with the information in B2 as the name of the worksheet. If I enter "apples" in B2 and then hit the save button that I create, I would like it to save to a particular folder and save as "apples.xlsx". If I could also make it save this way when hitting the save icon at the top that would be great. This should create a new file each time the info in C2 changes and then the save button is used.
