VB Code to move rows if value in column B is zero

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I have attached closed workbook @ C:\Temp\
I need VB code to perform following to the closed workbook.
Need to check "0" in column B and move that whole row at the end (to the last row).
If it is already at the end then by-pass.
In this file, i see 2 rows (row#129 and #130) with Zero in column B.
So need to move these 2 rows to the end and move up the others.
