Cell Value Expansion

Hi All,

I have a ID and Value. I need to expand the Value based on its cell number also I need same ID for all the expanded value. Please find my attachment for more info.

Does this formula work in randomly? Example in my example I have only rows i.e. ID 9. If i have 500 ID or 1000 ID does this formula works?

Simply replace "1:200" with "1:1000" and A$2:A$200 with A$2:A$1000 and leave the rest unchanged.
