Deleting a range of blank cells

Hi all

I am looking for some help to delete a range of blank cells. Currently I need to look through a range of cells (say B20:B23) and if any are blank, I need to delete the range from col B to col D.

I have explained in the attached. So far I have this but I get a type mismatch error:

Just one further question on this. If all of the cells in the range were blank, so B20:B23 in the above example, how could I also delete the range with headers (which is B19:D19)?
