Macro to remove columns after exporting & pivot tables

Let's say after I export data to Excel, I have columns A-AN and I need the macros to do the following:
    1. to remove columns D, P, AI and AL and etc.
    2. keep the pivot table format layout.

The report gets updated, so I need to run macro every time after exporting.

Any ideas? Please note, I am using Office 2016.
