Using a slicer as a hyperlink

    Hi,
Apologies I am a bit of a novice re VBA, I have currently built a pivot table and would like to see if there is an VBA that would allow me to use a slicer as a hyperlink. i.e. my front page is a slicer which is a list of Team Names, my thinking is by clicking on the Team Name it will take me through to the tab that contains the actual data & only the agents in that team.

    Is this possible?
    Thanks
    K

This code will do it. You need to adjust the two constants to your pivot table and field name.

give the code the name of the pivot table, and the field that you are slicing on.

BTW, I am in Poole, you could pop over and I could explain it in detail

Re: Using a slicer as a hyperlink

    Hi Bob,

Ive tried it & it works to a certain extent, when I click on the slicer it brings the data up in
the pivot table (which is on a separate tab) but it doesn't take me into the tab that the pivot
table is on like a hyperlink will, not sure if Im doing it wrong!!!

I've tried to attach some screen dumps
    Thanks
