Simple Open Solver Setup Not Working

This is driving me crazy and I would be your best friend if you could help me out - I am setting up a simple solve that chooses the low cost provider for each lane. I am looking to minimize cost and have one provider selected for each lane. When I run Open Solver for ~5 lanes, it solves correctly. When I run it for all 119 lanes, it returns some lanes with non-optimal cost (ex first one in the snip chooses the 3rd lowest cost).

Is there something easy I am missing?

A picture may by worth a thousand words but when it comes to troubleshooting it's a bit like taking a picture of your car engine and asking at you local garage what is wrong with this engine.

Try uploading a file with your OpenSolver model as this will give forum members a chance to test and see if they can find a solution to your problem.
