Rules and/or Macro to Auto-Forward Email & Change Subject

Hi all, I have almost no knowledge of outlook macro/script etc. I want to auto-forward an email I receive every morning to another email address or group, but change the subject and remove the email history that appears when you forward an email (the history of who originally sent it and to whom) so that the forward just shows the original email's contents.

The original email comes from johndoe
The subject of the original email is "Market Intelligence: Daily Email"
I would like to change the subject to "Morning Dose" and then forward (including attachment) to "larrydoe"

I am using outlook 2016. I know how to create rules but there is no option to change the subject/body. Again, very limited knowledge of VBA/script so will need some hand-holding!
