Turn OFF insert,delete Rows/Columns

Hi guys i am currently using this to stop people from deleting or inserting rows/columns and it works perfectly, but.. it stops it from happening on every sheet.. is there a way to change it so that it only happens on the 5 sheets i need it to? 5 sheets are.. "Chiller AM" "Chiller PM" "Ambient Am" "Ambient Pm" "Register" , Thanks! ( Already been suggested to just protect the sheets, That is not an option but thanks! )
