Values from userform being stored as text not numbers

Hello everyone,

I have a userform that works great and all the functions are perfect. However the only problem i have is that whenever i insert a number in the corresponding value boxes, they are being inserted in the sheet as text not as number. I have a formula cell at the top to calculate the sum of all the values, it is always returning 0 because the numbers are stored as text.

Any help???
