Hide rows based on empty cells in other sheet

It's kind of a messy thing, but it's the same maneuver throughout the whole sheet

In sheet1 I have 2 parametres multiple times:

Sheet1 if C4 is blank, in sheet2 hide rows 2:4
Sheet1 if C5 is blank, in sheet2 hide row 4
Sheet1 if C6 is blank, in sheet2 hide rows 5:7
Sheet1 if C7 is blank, in sheet2 hide row 7
Sheet1 if C8 is blank, in sheet2 hide rows 8:10
Sheet1 if C9 is blank, in sheet2 hide row 10

This goes on down to sheet1 C37.
The first cell will never be blank if there is something in the second, ie. C4 be blank and C5 not
