Deleting repeating lines but keeping the original

Hello, I am working on a report at work in which there are several hundreds of lines (sometimes thousands) that repeat the same data. I am looking for a way to keep the initial line of data but delete the rest of the duplicates. I will post a picture of the spreadsheet below. I'm not sure if using a macro or VBA coding is the best option or if there is a simpler function but thought I would give this a shot. For example, line 2295 repeats until line 2299 and i would like to only keep the information on line 2295 and so on and so forth.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
