For the purpose of this question, VBA and Macros are the same thing.
A Macro is a set of instructions (in this case, for Excel)
VBA stands for Visual Basic for Applications and it is the programing language that Excel macros are written in.
Technically they are two different things, but the terms are often interchanged.
Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
[CODE]your VBA code here[/CODE]
The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.
