Refresh pivot table

Hi people,

I'm trying to update all pivot tables in an excel but when the vba used to work it doesn't seem to be anymore (i left it running for 25 mins and it didn't work where it used to take 32secs) I am using the following code can anyone help?

when i refresh pivot tables manually i get the following message. not sure if this is impacting the running "there is already data in [xxxx]. do you want to replace it?
