Cells reset formula from a Dropdown list

I have a cell with a dropdown list, with one of the list values abeing blank.

Is there a way please to have a formula in the blank space of the dropdown list that when selected from the dropdown list it will Clear Contents of a specific cells to have them ready for a new entry.

The specific cells are;
D3, D4, D6, D8, D10, E3, E4
