EXCEL -- Button for new row relative to button location

I have the following:
- excel sheet with data, limited set, to be used as a "Form"
- there are 5 timeframes i want to seperate the data by
-i want to include a button that is set in a cell, and accomplishes the following function in relation to its location: click button (f9), insert new row below, copy and paste a-e format from hidden cells.


i have it working for the 1st set, but the lower buttons do not take into account the rows added.
