Get Value from Closed Workbook

Dears,

Please I need your support as I need to extract (copying as well ) some range of data from the closed workbook to another active workbook (open one) without any change in formats neither the source cells nor the cells in destination file.
For example If I have Two workbooks ;
Source = Target.xlsm
Destination = Report.xlsm

In source file I have range = ("A1:H50000") I need to copy this range (Even if the workbook was closed ) to Destination = Report.xlsm In range ("A1:H50000") without any change in number or text format.

You have to open it up if it isn't already open: this code should go into Report.xlsm, and I have assumed that both files reside in the same folder.
