    Cloud solutions in Excel

    Dear fellow Excel magicians!

I would like to ask any of you who is familiar with shared Excel workbooks.
Is it possible to, for example, make an inventory xlsm which is used factory wide and whenever one of the factory workers takes something out of the inventory and processes it to production,
all the other workers/users see the decrease in the unit numbers in real time?

Thank you for your answers in advance!

You're using the wrong tool for the job, Excel is a calculator designed for one person to use at once. Shared workbooks are a nightmare. You'd be better off using something like Access
