limit Excel sheet changes only to certain letters

Hey guys,

I have a strange one for you today

, that I hope somebody might be able to help me with!

I have a schedule file, where I want to be the only 1 to be able to edit it. However, I would like to give the team the option to put 3 different shifts on their own, essentially everyone would have the "edit rights" to put those - they would be "ODM1", "ODM2" and "ODM3".
If anyone else, besides me, wants to put anything else, except for those 3 words, I don't want them to be able to do that.

Do you think that this is possible via VBA?

This is very limited in its functionality but the attached would be a starting point for what you're after. There are Subs in "ThisWorkbook" and "Sheet1".
