    Macro to move number values from one cell into another

    Dear All

    I am trying to come up with a Macro that moves a number value from cells in column B into the neighboring cell in column A.

    Before:

    This must only be done to numbers. Cells with text should not be moved.

    In the above example pictures, a change was done in row 20: number value "12" was added/moved into cell A20.

    The excel file is also attached.

    that is better but it needs to also delete the value in column B after it was added

    and in my "real" workbook, Column A is really Column C, and Column B is really Column G.

    How can i adjust your code to fit my needs?

    sorry, i have to reopen.

    what if the case is the other way around. I have number in "C" and text in "G" and the text needs to be moved into "C"
