Pull data from closed book based on values

I have a workbook called "Captain", I would like when I click on the button for the following macro to run:

It used to pull data but I had to remove a couple of lines and change names. Now the code doesn't pull anything. For this example I have chose "Ray Webber" who has 3 items on his sheet. There is 1 of each item, when I press to run this macro it will find workbook called "Ray Webber" and pull those 3 on his sheet and line up based on the dates in the table in the Captain file. Which in this example these numbers would go into the following cells:

Row 8 would put a "1" in cell LB84
Row 9 would put a "1" in cell LC80
Row 10 would put a "1" in cell LD82
Row 11 would put a "1" in cell LE81
Row 12 would put a "1" in cell LE83 & LE84
