Macro to Copy cells from line below whenever there's a blank line

Hi - i'm looking for a simple macro that Copies cells from line below whenever there's a blank line on my report - macro should stop when it reaches end of report.

on the attachment, I need the cells in Columns E,F,G to be copied from the cells below on all the blue coloured lines as those columns are empty on the blue lines.
e.g. Row 2: E2=E3;F2=F3;G2=G3
e.g. Row11: E11=E12;F11=F12;G11=G12
etc.

Can someone help with this?
