Macro not filtering between recognised dates

Macro on attached should extract unique records from the DATABASE sheet that meet the four criteria on the MEASURE sheet

It filters the database for the two criteria in D2 and D6 of the Measure sheet.
It then recognises the MAXDATE and MINDATE in D10 and H10 of the Measure sheet, but is closing all the rows on the DATABASE sheet.
