Urgently Need A Excel Inventory Sheet With Stock In & Out Very Simple Functions

Hello All Techies,

I have learnt a lot from this forum and now for the very first time, i need help to create an inventory sheet for my small shop.
Fuctions i required are very easy to create for most of the great techies here.

Coloum A Coloum B Coloum C
Product Barcode or SKU Product Name Quantity in stock

12345 Ball Pen 12
235443 Pencil 8


Now what i want is simply a popup with "Scan Stock in" and " Scan Stock Out" option then after selecting suitable option i will continue to scan multiple products barcodes and each scan will add or substract the quanitiy from the stock list row.

Note: Scanninig a new barcode which is not in the list will popup a new window to add "Product barcode# & Product Name" for the list

Please Please make it for me. I will be very thankful to this forum.
