If you copied cells from A10 to A18 and paste them into A28 and tried the code you will find the last one with wrong data
and as for the yellow group I need to extract the other information even if the information is not full so in this case the LATESTDATE and TEL should extracted
I prefer to depend on START & END

Because you didn't explain the logic clearly, I wrote the code based on your data and the results in you attached workbook.
Still a guess and if this is not how you wanted, you need to show us the data and the result that you want.

In the results of your code, in G4 I got 'No Name' and that result should be '=D9=88=D8=AD=D9=8A=D8=AF=20=D8=B9=D8=AA=D8=A7=D8=A8=D9=8A' instead of that text 'No Name'
