Good morning!
I am trying to find a way to make a commented line in a macro more noticeable. I made the comment all caps but I want to make a particular comment stand out more if someone is making changes after I leave. I spent about 2 hours searching for a way to do this. There are plenty of instructions to make a comment in a spreadsheet bold, none that I have found to bold the comments in the macro itself.
Any suggestions or input is very much appreciated.

Not out of the box no. There are some enhanced IDE add-ins out there that could allow this.

1. In the VBA Editor
Tools / Options / Editor Format
you can change the colours and font of the text of the Comments in VBA but not the characteristics of the font (ie bold, normal. italic) etc. If the change you want exists anywhere it would be on this window. Further, any font size change affects the entire window.
2. You could add a Bookmark to make some of the lines stand out but it's only a marker.

Special K, thanks much for the response. I really just want this one line of comment to stand out from the rest. Looks like this window changes all comments to whatever the new format is. That isn't going to help but I can see myself using this window in the future so thank much!
