Create a chart from any other active worksheet location

Hey guys, I'm having another problem regarding auto-creation of charts using the VBA recording option

I've made a chart from a specific mini-table with data in it (pie style), but i want to be able to be on any active page other than the one with the data that is providing the chart to be created. How i can adapt or what modification i should do to the code below in order work from anywhere?

P.S : I've tried some ideas / versions in my head but i'm still getting stuck or the data is not correctly added. I've added a clean fresh code just with the data_page idea.

Notes :
- I've also added a test - book
- The code cannot be static because the chart will be deleted after a while and a new one will be required afterwards. (static chart name)
