Can i hire a programmer on this forum?

It depends on what you are looking for, the commercial services section allows you to post questions for a fee. However, this is typically best suited to slightly more in depth questions asked on the forum.

If you are looking for a long term relationship or local knowledge, or an employee; this probably isn't the place for you.

If you want something specific, you could ask the question in the normal forum with a proviso that it be moved to the commercial services section should it be applicable - this will negate the need to spend any money asking a question that may not be relevant.

This thread is also probably best placed in the water cooler forum - you could ask a mod to move it for you
