Apply ifthen to all rows

Hi,

I have the following code which combines different cells based on the value of another which works great for S2, but what if I want to apply the same code to all of the rows in column S, where it combines the values in columns C, E, G, to form a description specific to that row? I'm guessing it's some kind of for loop, but I am new at VBA and am confused how to apply it.
