Indexing to Auto Populate a Cell Based on Multiple Cell Values Not Working on all Options

Hi there,

I have set up a formula / coding to auto populate content into a cell based on values from 2 other cells (both are drop down lists). The coding includes INDEX and MATCH formulas and it looks like it works in some cells, but not all. I have named ranges in a table as you will see this in the LISTS tab. The three names ranges are "analysis", "effort" and "impact". I need for the effort + impact = analysis.

I have attached a spreadsheet showing all possible 9 selection criteria and you can see some cells auto populate and others don't and i have absolutely no idea why (showing an #NA value). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Delete trailing space in List!C4:C6 and update the selection from the dropdown.
