VAB TO ACTIVATE Renable and disable drop down menu based on other cell value

    1st
In attached file, in Sheet “Data Entry”, Based on the number selected in cell B3, I need to activate Cell in row number 5,6,7 and 8.

    E.g.
    In Number of years (B3):
Value selected as 1, then hide/deactivate(It contains drop down cell also) cell C5:G8
Value selected as 2, then hide/deactivate(It contains drop down cell also) cell D5:G8
Value selected as 3, then hide/deactivate(It contains drop down cell also) cell E5:G8
Value selected as 4, then hide/deactivate(It contains drop down cell also) cell F5:G8
Value selected as 5, then hide/deactivate(It contains drop down cell also) cell G5:G8
Value selected as 6, show all i.e. b5 to G (It contains drop down cell also).

    2nd
On below activated cells based on above criteria, In row number 6 if “Fresh” selected then lock below 2 cell and If “Loaded” Selected then enable below 2 cell.

    e.g.
cell number B6=Fresh, then lock B7 and B8
cell number C6=Renewal, then enable C7 which is drop down menu and C8 which is blank cell to enter date.
